Natalie Rousseau E-RYT 500- Director of Teacher Training
Natalie Rousseau E-RYT 500 has been teaching Yoga full time since 2002.
She created Pacific Elements Yoga (formerly Anahata Yoga) so that she could share her passion for Yoga with both residents and visitors to the dynamic coastal town of Tofino BC.
"I teach Yoga because I believe in it's power to heal and transform. This belief is rooted in personal experience and is renewed through daily practice. It is one of my greatest joys, and deepest honours, to share this practice with others so that they too can access the vast reservoir of strength, creativity, contentment, happiness, and true peace that lies within them. Yoga is a journey of Self-discovery that is open to everyone irregardless of age or ability. The only pre-requisite for this journey is a sincere desire to begin....I look forward to sharing this journey with you."
