Inspire others. Share what you love. Learn how to teach yoga in beautiful Tofino, British Columbia. Our 200 hr Foundational Teacher Training Course is designed to give you the confidence and the knowledge to share your passion for yoga with others.
Curriculum includes the following:
- Study and practice of Asana, Pranayama, & Meditation
- Techniques and methodology of teaching Yoga
- Yoga philosophy, ethics, and lifestyle
- Study of the Energetic Body
- Western Anatomy training for Yoga teachers
- Introduction to Ayurveda
- Pre & Post Natal Yoga
- Yoga for the Elderly
- 192 classroom hours
- Minimum 25 hours homework/home study
- Written and practical exam
All successful graduates will receive a certificate of completion from Pacific Elements Yoga as well as RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) status from the Yoga Alliance.
